Damien Dhellemmes is the Country President for Schneider Electric Singapore. In this role, Damien is responsible for the alignment of corporate strategy and business orientation, as well as oversight of all commercial initiatives, operations and implementation.
Prior to the role of Country President Singapore, Damien led the end-to-end Supply Chain organisation for Schneider Electric in East-Asia Japan and Pacific across 18 countries. He first joined Schneider Electric 22 years ago, and had since held various positions in the Supply Chain function of manufacturing, logistics, as well as procurement and sourcing.
Having lived in Asia for 12 years, Damien has diverse experience in the region; he moved to Singapore in the summer of 2013 after spending four years in Bangalore, India, and five years in Shanghai, China.
Damien holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from ISEN, as well as an MBA from the EDHEC Business School in France.
Ainul Haque Sayyid is the Low Voltage product Operational Marketing Asst. Manager at Schneider Electric Singapore. In his current role he is responsible to launch key IOT enabled Electrical Distribution offers into the Singapore market and is the Champion of Smart Electrical Distribution transformation. Previously he was in charge of Power Solutions offers in Singapore and Sales of Power Management Systems having delivered comprehensive systems in all parts of the Singapore market inclusive of major strategic projects. Ainul joined Schneider Electric 6 years ago after two years in regional business development role within the Smart Grid industry. He holds an Engineering Degree from Multimedia University in Malaysia.
O’Niel DISSANAYAKE is the Regional Vice President for Low Voltage products and systems business in APAC, for Schneider Electric. In this role, O’Niel is responsible for driving the commercial strategy within the region and a champion of the digital transformation at all parts of the power distribution value chain. He is a business leader with diverse experience across Asia and a unique understanding of the industry.
Prior to this role, O’Niel was the Global Offer Marketing Director for Schneider Electric based in Shanghai China. During this tenure, he successfully launched three new global offers in the Low Voltage category while also driving the market strategy in China, India and Russia. He has also been the Head of Operations in Sri Lanka, managing the business inclusive of Maldives and Bangladesh. Oniel joined Schneider Electric 13 years ago and has 8 years of former experience in management roles within the power industry.
O’Niel holds business leadership and management certificates from UNC- KENAN-FLAGLER Business School - USA, Indian Institute of Management (IIMA) - India and National Institute of Business Management - Sri Lanka
DingSong joined Schneider Electric in 2007, as part of the Panels Builder sales team in Shanghai, China. In 2010, he relocated to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, covering the solution business with international EPC contractors. Since 2012, he is responsible for the Low Voltage Business Development, Power Breakers offer category in the APAC zone.
Within the offer category role, DingSong deploys and adapts the offer's strategy of Power Breakers (ACB, MCCB) per country in APAC zone, is accountable for the offer’s growth and profitability, and initiates the market with all offer portfolio – including new launches like the Masterpact MTZ and Compact NSXm.
Kiran Lagwankar is the General Manager of the Strategy & Technology wing of Schneider Electric based in Bangalore, India. He is currently driving the EcoStruxure Power and Building deployment initiatives in India. He oversees Prescription for Partner Projects and Eco-Building Business from the Business Unit Marketing, and is also responsible for Deployment of SMART Panels and different Design tools for Specifiers in India. He also represents Schneider Electric in Indian Electrical & Electronic Manufacturer’s association and is an FSAI member.
He has 25 years of rich experience in different domains such as MV/LV Switchgears, Control gears, Automatic Transfer Systems, UPS systems and Power Quality Equipment. He is a Graduate Electrical Engineer from University of Poona and holds Licentiate Diploma in Electrical Engineering from V.J.T.I Mumbai, India.
Kelvin joined Schneider Electric in 2006 and is presently a Product & System Application Manager for Schneider Electric EcoBuilding. He has been actively involved in Energy Efficiency related work through VSD product and application support. Various projects that involve energy optimization with VSD and power quality improvement with Active Harmonic Filter was successfully implemented during his early days in the company.
In 2013, he successfully implemented an Energy and Power Monitoring System in a few critical facility buildings projects such as banking facility, data centers and airport that target to help his customers in achieving energy visibility and sustainable energy efficiency improvement work. In 2016, he was being tasked to work on Schneider Electric Regional HQ Office building project to create real live system demonstration with Schneider solutions. This project was successfully completed by end of 2017 and the building was awarded with Green Mark 2017 Platinum through high level of innovation and system integration.
He obtained Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) in 2010, with subsequent qualifications in Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) in 2013 and 2014 respectively, to look at energy conservative measures systematically and scientifically with his valuable customers.
Benedict Soh is the Vice President of Partner Project Business for Schneider Electric Singapore. In this role, Benedict is responsible for Electrical Channel Partners business, Low Voltage Product and System business, and digital electrical distribution initiatives in Singapore.
Prior to this role, Benedict has also held various management roles within Schneider Electric in areas of Smart Building Solutions, Distribution Channel and Data Centre segment businesses. He first joined Schneider Electric 15 years ago in enterprise sales, and has since helmed various positions in the function of sales management, regional business development and general management. Before joining Schneider Electric, Benedict was a sales leader in a company specialising in the designing and building of mission critical infrastructures.
Benedict holds a Bachelor in Technology with a major in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
